Advance Booking of Ship Tickets from Stars Ticketing Counter to Passengers Travelling to Southern Group of Islands

Port Blair, Sept 30: This is for the information of the passengers/general public that, to facilitate the commuters of Southern Group of Islands this Directorate will commence the advance booking of passenger tickets at STARS Ticketing Counter. Henceforth, passengers can purchase their tickets in advance from STARS Ticketing Counter, Phoenix Bay for the forthcoming ship schedules to Southern Group of Islands. The date and time of issue of tickets for the particular sailing will be intimated to the passengers through “Seva Suchnayein”.
Further, passengers should be suitably vaccinated and get verified/endorsed their tickets from Covid Testing/VerificaionCenters before boarding the vessel. Similarly, passengers not fully vaccinated has to undergo RTPCR Test. Passengers will not be allowed to board the vessel in absence of verified certificate or Negative RTPCR Test Report provided by the RTPCR Testing Centre, Port Blair.
