Port Blair, June 17: In a major accident this evening, a Ritz Car today hit a pedestrian and crashed inside the house of the same person at RGT road. According to reports, the Car was driven by two mechanics of Maruti Show Room, who were in a test drive. Initial report say that there were some issues in the anti-brake system (ABS)of the car, which resulted in the accident.
According to Police the Pedestrian suffered serious injuries while both the mechanic suffered minor injuries. All injured were immediately rushed to G B Pant Hospital.
The car was later remove with the help of cranes and a case was registered by police in this regard.
