Port Blair, Mar 05: Shri Mahashivratri will be celebrated at Shri Sarweshwar Mahadev Temple, Chinmaya Mission Port Blair on Friday 8th March 2024 with a day-long programme. The Auspicious day of Mahashivaratri begins with Ganapati Homam at 6 am followed by Rudrabhishekam Pooja and Maha Mrutunjaya Homam. In the evening from 5.30 pm to 7.30 Shri Shiv sahasranama Archana (chanting of one thousand names of Lord of shiva) will be held, after that Satsang, Bhajan Archana etc will continue till next morning at 4 am.
Mission has requested all the devotees to attend the programme and get the blessings of LORD SHIVA.
