Port Blair, Sep 08: Squally weather with surface wind speed reaching 35-45 kmph gusting to 55 kmph very likely along & off A&N coast till Sept.11,2024. Sea conditions are likely to be rough to very rough. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea along and off the A&N coast till Sept.11, 2024.
High wave warning for the coast of Little Andaman, A&N Islands: High waves in the range of 3.4 – 3.6 meters have been forecasted till 1130 hours of 08-09-2024. Small vessels have been advised not to ply, near shore. Recreational activities have to be totally suspended as erosion/wave surges are possible.
