Port Blair, Jan 05: Mr. H N Parial former Chairman of the Port Blair Municipal Board expired today at5.00 pmat G B Pant Hospital. He was one of the tallest leaders of CPI(M) in Andaman andNicobar Islands. Late H N Parial, 83, was the president of CITU and NGO Association. He was the former Secretary of CPI(M) of A & N State Committee.
