Port Blair, Apr 30: Applications have been invited online for Common Combined Matric Level Recruitment from the eligible candidates to fill up the vacant Group ’C’ Matric Level post in various Departments under A & N Administration/Boards/Corporation from those, who possess the required educational qualification of Secondary School Education (X) pass or equivalent from a recognized Board/ Institution. The Starting date for receiving online application is 29.04.2023 from 11 AM and the closing date is 19.05.2023 till 12.00 Midnight.
The details in respect of each posts i.e. Vacancy, Educational qualification, Eligibility Criteria and other instructions are available online at the Administration Portal https://karmic.andaman.gov.in/grpcmatric.
For filling Online Application, the important Guidelines/ Instructions to aspirants/Candidates are as under:
This Online application has 6 different steps as below:
1. Personal Details (Basic and demographic details of Candidate)
2. Upload Photo and Signature (To upload photograph and signature of Candidate)
3. Qualification and Additional Details (To furnish details of Qualification and other details)
4. Post Details (To apply for different posts published under the vacancy Notice)
5. Post Priority (For confirmation of priority of posts selected and make necessary changes in priority if required)
6. Final Submission (Final submission of Online Application)
a) The sections Personal Details (Step 1), Upload Photo and Signature (Step 2) and Qualification and Additional Details (Step-3) are to be filled carefully and the same cannot be edited once submitted.
b) However, the details in the sections Post Details (Step 4), Post Priority (Steps 5) can be edited any number of times before final submission of online application (Step-6) is made.
c) Please note that once final submission (step-6) is made then no changes will be permitted in Posts selection and post priority sections. The online application will be considered as a “Complete” Application.
d) The portal also allows candidates to resume an online application which is partially filled so that the application can be completed. This will be possible after logging into the portal using Application Number and Date of Birth of the candidate.
e) In case any application is left without Final submission, such applications will summarily be rejected by the system.
f) Please note that after successful submission of online application, the candidate will be able to print digitized application form.
g) Also, an annexure with details of posts applied along with essential and desirable qualifications chosen by the candidate is also available in the portal. The Annexure can also be printed by candidate, if required.
h) The Candidates are requested to take print out the Digitized Application generated from the portal for future use.
