Port Blair, May 10: A few minutes of YOGA during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily in both body and mind. A five day Yoga training camp was organized in the JNRM Girls’ Hostel on 6-5-2023 to 10.5.2023 by the Students Grievance Redressal Committee comprising Dr. Hema Bannerjee, Dr. Shibani rajbhushan and Dr. Ratna Kushwaha.
Mr. Shib Shankar, Bharat Swabhiman Trust, State Samiti, Andaman & Nicobar Islands were the Yoga instructor. The sessions were attended by students enthusiastically. Various Asanas were taught for relieving the stress, reducing body pain and flexibility of the back. The camp concluded today (10-05-2023) with an interactive session between the instructor and the students.
