Port Blair, Sept 27:Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad protested across the country against the government of Mamata Banerjee and its policy of Muslim appeasement. In the protests that took place in every state capital, hundreds of students and karyakartas were detained by the police.
Karyakartas of ABVP Andaman Nicobar Islands had organized a protest meeting infornt of Gandhi statue on 24thSept 2018. ABVP state joint secretary R Raja Shekar, Lia Gauri and State Executives members- Vijay Kumar, P Avinash, M Ashwini, Nithin, Sandhya & others were Present in Protest meeting.
ABVP firmly believes that West Bengal Government’s inhuman behaviour is unacceptable. The unfortunate incident of Islampur which claimed lives of 2 innocent students shows the attack on Bengal’s pride by Mamata Banerjee Government. Continuing with its fight against dictatorship of Mamata Banerjee Government, ABVP demands for CBI inquiry into Islampur incident.
